How we work
Our local and remote hybrid studio has a unique opportunity to pair a traditional design studio with the efficiency and innovation of a startup. We are traditional in the sense that we create beautiful designs for our clients. We reject the way things have always been done by embracing new systems, technologies and systems to help us have the absolute best process possible.
For each team member we pride ourselves on working smarter, not harder. We all enjoy our non-working time and the ability to disconnect on our own schedule. Being a team member you will be in charge of your own schedule and the amount of hours you want to work. This is a great opportunity for anyone ready to take control of their schedule, manage themselves and enjoy life outside of a traditional 40+ hour work week. We encourage our team to come with innovative ideas and changes to the way we work, think outside the box, and expand our studio.
